If you do not see "Name," "Password" and "Number" information, click on the triangle next to "Setup". Next to "Number," you will see the number your computer uses to connect to the Internet. Make a note of this number and its area code. Click in the "Number" box and clear the contents using your backspace key. If you need to dial "9" to make out going calls, first enter "9,," into the "Number" box (without the quotes). If you have call waiting, next enter "*70," into the "Number" box (without the quotes). Using the phone number you discovered in Step 4, enter the area code followed by the seven digit phone number your computer uses to call CityNet. If you would like to see some examples, click here. Click to exit the window. A new window will appear asking "Save changes to the current configuration?" Click on the "Save" button. That's it! Continue to connect to the Internet as you always have. If you need further instruction, CityNet offers technical support Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm: (412) 481-5406 or email | |||||||
